In the hilltop town of Cassano delle Murge in the Bari province, a private residence of the 1970s of approximately 180 sqm has been redesigned to accommodate two different functions, a home of approximately 120 sqm and a professional studio of 60 sqm.
The project, curated by the Bettazzi + Percoco Architetti studio, involved the renovation of the entire building and the restyling of all the rooms with the creation of new living spaces. For the part designated to be used as a studio, a space has been recreated to welcome an office that is complete with a meeting room, restroom facilities and a small waiting room.
Blow is the collection selected for the flooring of the living area - in the size 60x60cm with 9 mm thickness - proposed in the soft grey nuance Dust Flat and in the Flat version for a concrete effect having a pure and architectural materiality.
An expressive collection characterised by elegant and highly realistic surfaces, with a harmonious aesthetic movement, both in the passages of tone and in a graphic texture, evocative, yet balanced and refined. In Blow the two most fascinating souls of concrete coexist, interpreters of the transformation of the material and the inseparable relationship between past and future, with each slab combining the elegant nature with the lived-in one.
